Exporting Outlook '02 Contact Data to Filemaker

I am trying to export contact information from Outlook 2000, however, the notes field at the bottom of each record is creating a new record for every return value in every note field for every record in the entire contact database.

As a result, I'm getting thousand more records than I should be.

Is there a way to keep a one-to-one relationship between all the fields in a record and the record as a whole.

I suppose someone must have written a program to do so.

Okay, I opened everything in Excel first.

All the soft returns imported into Filemaker perfectly!
