Screen Savers Programs

If you were to buy a screensaver creator program - Which would you buy?

I want to buy a screensaver program that will allow me to CREATE screensavers for distribution. I need a program that allows LOTS of control over effects, transitions, timing, sound, text placement,etc. and loads easily as a screensaver for the enduser.
Any suggestions? (I don't want to spend much more than $50.00)
