It could simply be a billing error - recently in Denver Quest sent out many erronomous bills - one lady's cellular bill was $32.000!!! Apparently their system was charging $1000.00 per additional minute over airtime. Can you imagine getting a phone bill for 32 grand???
...or..it could be a scam. =/
