Modifying session cookies

Hi,

Does anyone know of a tool which will allow me to view/modify session cookies (i.e. those in my RAM and not on my hard drive)?

Firefox with the web developer tool bar allows you to view all cookies, however changing cookies, you're not supposed to be able to do that, it would defeat the whole purpose of cookie security, like add to cookie: logged in or whatever.

This doesn't of course mean that there aren't hacker tools out there that can do this, that's outside of what I know about though, you will probably have to look elsewhere to find that kind of tool.
