Flushing history, cookies, dat files the lot

I have a need to flush all my history on a regular basis, so I am after a method of package that does such a thing.

I dont want to accidently load my machine with spyware, hence my question here.

Any suggestions other than, do it manually greatfully recieved.

You can download RamSurf for Windows 2K / XP [securiteam.com] which will store much of your session in ram, not the harddrive, but make sure you read the readme file to see the limitations on that.
