Sent another out today with apologies and a notation as to where they could find it online (my newsletter that is)....and THAT WAS RETURNED.
Anyone else having this trouble?

'Will look into the 'white listing' deal. I was once white listed long ago when I was sending newsletters from my own AOL account, but now I'm using a 3rd party mailing list provider, whom I'll contact as well.
In as far as the possibility of these folks hitting the spam button....it's just too unlikely for so many people to do this at the same time. I send 2 newsletters a week and this is the first that I've had this sort of trouble.
On another note...the strangest thing is the response I get back. In the subject line is: "Returned Mail: User Unknown"
