Formatting URLs in ezine for AOL users?

What's the best way?

About 20% of my subscribers use AOL, and I realize that they can't click on the URLs in my ezine. Obviously one solution would be to list each URL 2 times, something like this:

[yahoo.com...]

<a href="http://www.yahoo.com">AOL Users Click Here</a>

... but is that the best way to handle this situation?

What I forgot to mention, and the reason I'm asking, is that many/most URLs are too long and when you do it this way the line is 70, 80, 90+ characters long, it gets wrapped by AOL, and as far as I know it's not converted into a clickable link.

I wouldn't bother.

As an AOL user, I'm so used to not being able to click on inline links that, by second nature, I automatically copy and paste into the browser.

Having said that, AOL users using the AOL communicator software, CAN click on links.
