How big is your newsletter list and what % of messages get blocked?

I am curious how many subscribers people have on their opt-in newsletter email lists? And the second half of my question is what percentage of your OPT-IN subscribers don't receive their newsletters because of one spam filter or another?

If I told you I had a way you could achieve a 100% delivery rate, would you be interested?

(That is a hypothetical question, since I do not have a way to achieve that rate)

I have over 300 addresses on my opt-in email newsletter list, but as my business is very specialised I am unsure whether that is a lot or a little.

What I do find interesting though is that only 10% are persons who I can identify as actual customers. And many actual customers have not subscribed to the Newsletter.

Any ideas why?
