I've done a search for such softwares and have several options on hand; however, I would like to know
for those you use a software to manage web projects, which one is good?

do you refer to software, where you can actually collaborate on a web project? Like almost all CMS's systems or recent developments from Adobe and Macromedia?

Or do you rather refer to "classic" project management software, like MS Project?

We have recently moved to the Rational package, all seems well at the moment no compliants and has many features installed for various types of software management and production.

Did you do a google for 'rational' IBM bought them over and their package is really good and adjusts well to a web application.
