Do have possible for us to restirct user from copying, downloading, printing picture/ content of our website?

This is not possible and (IMHO) will never be possible. In order for people to view your website and content it must already have downloaded to their computer where they can do with it what they want.

Your only option would be to 'stream' your site using Flash, Java, or the like, but if someone really wants to they will still be able to 'rip' your content.

Users have to be able to download the contents of web pages in order for their browsers to read them! If they couldn't download the pages, they wouldn't be able to see them at all.

Printing is done from the PC, not the server. You can prove this for yourself if you have a dialup modem. Just view a page, disconnect yourself from the internet, and then try to print the page. It'll work. You don't need to be connected to print the web page that you're viewing.
