Conflict between Ecomm site and AOL 9.0

Has anybody encountered problems with AOL 9.0 Users

I have been getting a few calls lately from AOL 9.0 users, saying they cannot get pass the credit card ordering ASP script.

We have a dynamic site with a server side shopping cart, so you can run our site on highest security with everything imaginable turned off, and our site will still work fine, so im surprized.

According to the customer, when you hit submit from the credit card screen, which is an ASP script, it jumps to the home page automatically. This is wierd as we dont provide a link to our home page from the credit card screen, and our redirect on error page points to a special error page we have designed.

Before I subscribe to AOL 9.0 to test out this, I just thought I check to see if anybody else has had problems with AOL 9.0 on their website, or if I just have a few totally confused customers.

here's a thought... I'm willing to bet it has nothing at all to do with your ASP code. Do you use a 3rd party processor for credit card info? Have you looked at your SSL implementation?
ASP is server-side, so I doubt that is the source of your problem. One trick I use to track down problems like this is to fire up Mozilla FireFox, make sure you've installed the Live HTTP Headers extension, the try the process yourself. That way, you can see what HTTP header info is getting passed around in the process. Chances are, that's where the problem lies...

Could be the same issue.

We had this problem with AOL 8 when it came out. It had to do with the security settings on our server, if I remember correctly. They were set a shade too high.
