I wish to know with my fellow webmaster that if I am using a frame to my site then the link page within the frame of other web site, is there any violation or wrong? from copyright?,or using their bandwith?
I wish to make a page with frame divided in to two, first frame on top is link within on my domain, the second frame in the bottom is web page of other domain.
