How to handle a large amount of links...?

I am starting a site and I'm guessing once I get going I will have upwards of 300 link partners spread throughout content pages on my site, with each link partner on their relevant page etc. Now what I was wondering is the best way of making sure my link partners link to me as well as making sure I get equal hits in as I send out. Is there any program or tool that I can use to do this for me; otherwise with a lot of link partners this can be a very cumbersome procedure to check all the link partners.

I've sent you a sticky, be wary of automated programmes where you have no control over the quality and relevance of sites that you link to.

I think you may be confused... All the links are pre-arranged and not like a FFA. Although I will allow sites to email me and request links, almost all will be preset. I'm not looking for new link partners per se, just a way of managing the ones I have to ensure they are still linking to me and check how many clicks I send out... Is that more clear?

Not that this will help much, but I know if I was faced with this, I'd probably just buckle down for a few nights and code something up myself. Hopefully someone else can suggest something a little bit easier, but you could do it yourself too if you have the time and inclination.

Then again, I'm notorious for doing things the hard way...
