For me personally this looks like one good reason more why I should get my act together and migrate to Linux. Not that I really need to. W2k still serves its purposes fairly well.
But I get a strong feeling that Bill Gates is in the proces of building alliances. And I cannot imagine mr. Gates building an alliance where I would want to be on his side of the fence.
