I am creating a page that is going to contain a div container with dynamic contect being displayed through it.
My question is will google spider this? Has anyone had similar experience in this.

I think it should. Most people agree that spiders can't read CSS, so they wouldn't be able to tell even if the top div was blocking the text completely; however, beware of future penalties. If the text can be seen through it, I don't think it will be a problem.

Thanks yowza. Am I correct in understanding you ... that you feel that google will spider that dynamic text. The div container itself will not be hiding anything behind it but have a set of 2 tabs at the top that display an overview and full description. I feel that from past experience google should spider all this dynamic content. I was just thrown by the fact that it will be inside a div.

Anything inside div's can be indexed. It has been a standard HTML tag for a very long time.
