I couldn't decide on which forum to post this, so if it belongs to another one feel free to move it.

This is my question: I have a website that sells paid submissions to some engines. I want to change the whole site, it will now offer free webmaster tools and free submissions. Will I loose my PR? Is PR dedicated to the domain, or to a specific page? I have noticed that the homepage has a PR of 4, and several other pages have a PR of 3. So, if I change all the website, will I be able to keep at least the PR4 that my homepage has? I did a link popularity check and my homepage has 25 links pointing to it.

Kind of a newbie question, but I am very confused and could use your help.

You won't loose your PR but if you adjust the page, you might start loosing some search engine results. I lost about 3.5/5ths of my search engine traffic for one of my sites by changing the order the page was in (granted that it only got 100 people per day)
