I'm not sure where in the forum to post this. I put it in the new section, then thought it could be better here.

Anyhow, after a long and wonderful relationship, my current webmaster has retired. How does one go about finding a new one? Other than looking in the yellow pages etc.

Looking for one that is great at search engine placement. And also good at building back office functions. For example, I run a large sales organization and would like to develop a back end for my agents.

Naturally, would love for the person to be reasonably priced. We have an extremely targeted product, even though my major search term is going for 3 bucks on Overture.

Yet, it's still less expensive for me to pay per click than for a company that's going to charge me $1500 a month with the hopes of seeing top placement several months down the road.

Any help and direction will be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried advertising the position on any of the internet job boards?

Didn't know they existed. Sounds like a good idea. Any that you think are particularly good?
