Which banner exchange system is simple to use and good enough to bring some traffic back to my site?

bcentral is one of the most famous around. I tend to look for one that will do at least a 1:1 exchange or else a 10:9 or something like that.

That way you are getting more for your traffic and are giving less to the banner exchange provider.
