Image loading issues

I am running a WAMP setup (Windows Apache MySQL PHP) Recently my images have stoped loading or only halfway loading for people. Has anyone else ever experinced this? I have rebooted the server multipule times. I have not made any change to the config files anytime recently.

Recently my images have stoped loading or only halfway loading for people.

I have had problems with images, more specifically the only halfway loading. This was caused because I had uploaded themin ASCII along with the cgi scripts that requred an ASCII upload. I re-uploaded the images in Binary and it solved the problem.

Yeah I wish that was the problem here. All these images where either made on the same server or transfered through the network so I dont think that would cause it. Not sure of a way to check it on windows though to be sure.
