My company has an ftp site that our clients access. 1 of our clients types in the address and it brings her to her loggin screen. But the fields for user name and password are grayed out so she can't type anything in. I checked it on my end, everything checks out and I was able to log in. Anybody have an answer to this?

Thank you

BradDelHall,

Welcome to WebmasterWorld [webmasterworld.com]!

The greyed-out box sounds like a permissions setting on the client's machine. If this is a personal machine, then you may have to walk the client through whatever browser settings might apply. If it is a corporate machine, that may not help, as the administrator may have disallowed FTP access.

You could also have the client try some other FTP site to prove that it is not a problem with your site.
