Need a good Domain Name Reseller Service w/ no application fee

We have been using a company for our member's domain name registrations, but there has been a big drop over the last few months. They charge 16.00 USD per year. Doesn anyone know of a registrar that charges competitive rates and offers a reseller plain w/o a setup fee?

With Enom you just prebuy domains. The more you prebuy the cheaper they are. No other charges.

Yea, but I need to offer the domain name reg., nut buy domain names. Buying domain names for the cheap in bulk does nothing for me.

You buy them cheap to resell them. You can't sell something you don't have.

You cannot pre-buy domains that your customers haven't bought yet. This is why we are looking for a registration service, not a bulk buying service.
