I need a mass mailer service, not for spam

I am a volunteer with a national organization looking to send an email to our alumni base of 200,000. My server said that quotas set up would not allow us to send through them.

Does abyone know of a service that can do this for us or have any other recommendations?

The fact that you are looking for a service indicates that you are not sending spam. Services will shut you down if you send spam. ;)
