FP Form need some help.

Hello

I have a parts request form on my web site, I just checked the Browser Compatibility at this html checker and it reads 97% of users has a problem with this form. this is what it reads:

tag: Attribute:Lines: Affected: Microsoft 4 5 6 & Netscape 3 4 6
FORM: LANGUAGE: 368: 10.00% Y Y Y N N Y
FORM: WEBBOT-ACTION: 368 : 97.00% N N N N N N
INPUT: NAME: 1890: 97.00% N N N N N N

So how do I fix (webbot-action) and Imput (name) on this form so everybody can use it.
If you go to my site and go to parts request there you can see the form.

any help would be very nice.

I did the check with netmechanic

Try checking your site over on the W3C validator [validator.w3.org] and it will tell you where in your code there are problems. If you can validate that page without errors your scores on netmechanic should improve.
