Is this a Search Engine Friendly URL?

I see on this CMS that every article's URL looks like this:

http://www.widget.com/content/view/673/28/

The URL has been converted from dynamic to look like the above, but is this Search Engine Friendly? (Since it doesnt have a "article.html" part at the end?

Thanks

They look perfectly fine to me. If it is possible to combine the last two variables into one folder, it might be even better.

ht*p://www.widget.com/content/view/673_28/

And then split the variable on the underscore(_).

They are fine as they are though.

I agree with Birdman and if you could replace "673_28" with a meaningful word/term, it would even get better :-)

For example:
ht*p://www.widget.com/content/view/pictures-of-matchstick-men
Instead of:
ht*p://www.widget.com/content/view/673_28/
