Ability to split incoming emails between employees.

How can I have my customers write to one email address and have that distributed to as many computers as needed. This would solve my problem of having to constanlty foward necessary emails and not being able to use the reply feature. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

It all depends on what mail server you are using.
Most should have a distribution list or mailing list feature.

Another method could be to create an IMAP folder and have the mail sent there.
