I am going to move my customer's site, say customersite.com, to a new hosting server. There will be some email messages left in some mailboxes in the old server when the site is moved and the domain is propagated to the new server.

I have to move the messages from the old mailboxes to the new mailboxes and keep each message as it is. I will be able to access the old mailboxes via webmail system with a specified IP. How can I move the email messages in each mailbox from old server to new server? Is there any software available for this job?

Thank you.

you shouldn't need to do this.
First, setup the new server with the same mailboxes (same usernames and passwords) then download the email every hour or so after you change the dns for the servers.
After a couple of days you will be getting the mail from the new server and there won't be anything left on the old.
If you think there is, then go to the old server with ftp or whatever and check the mail boxes that way,

luck,
