In using outlook express for mac computer, how do I send an email using a photo or picture in the background of the email message? thank you

save a html with the background you want already in the html file.

Then on the mail you want to send check Format > Rich Text(html)

and then goto Format > Add Stationary > More stationary and add the html file that you just saved.

Thank you for your response. My version of outlook express does not have that option, format, rich text, add stationary, more stationary. Where do I go from here?

ok, try this

view > source edit
then click source and edit the html to point to your background image.

change <BODY bgcolor="#ffffff">
to <BODY background="yourpic.jpg">
