Need help with CGI

Can anyone give me a hand

Hey everyone,

I have been trying to figure this out all week on my own and still can't come up with a solution.

I have on my site, a submission form that I need help on.
It is at [domainhere.com...]

Now, It is a form, and I want to use cgimail already installed to send mail to [e-mail]

Does anyone know of any comprehensive sites that can really explain in detail to me on how to set this up? Or is anyone willing to talk to me on AIM?

I would appreciate any help I can get from you guys. My site is a text-file site, and people need to be able to submit text-files to me through this form without using regular email.
