Stats available for extent of filtering usage

I am looking for some stats/information regarding the extent which which people, particularly parents, use the filtering systems available to filter out websites containting undesirable content. Either through the facility available on IE/NN or through dedicated programmes you download. I just need to know how many people make use of this facility.
