"Global" search and replace

Is there a way or utlity to do a global search and replace within a folder? I have several hundered files that I need to make a change and instead of touching each one wanted to see if there was a quick way of doing it.

I use a program called bkreplace, it is a free download and very powerful, particularly for this situation.
