hi dears...
please help me on finding a solution to take contact directly (mail or phone) with someone of NETWORKSOLUTIONS.
Actually It's been passed long time that everyday I'm trying to change some information about some PERSONAL domains on which I should already working. They don't let me change anything (IP address and general information) telling me that they don't recognize me like the owner... BUT I'M!!!
What should I do?
At the phone number they don't answer (hours of waiting from EUROPE to VIRGINA... which cost a LOT!!!)
Tell me please a possible solution... I've tried everything!

Aggiro,
changing domain information is generally pretty straight forward as long as you the email addresses used for contact info are correct and active.

1) go here [networksolutions.com] and put in your domain in the box and hit submit.

2) at the next screen there is a drop down menu for you to select what you want to do ie: change contact, change host etc

3) the next screen will ask you for your email address and handle

4) the next screen asks what form of change you would like. It is likely that you will simply need to use the default MAIL-FROM.

5) from here on in you simply follow the instructions

6) once it's all done you should receive an email requesting that you authorize the changes - once again follow the instructions and away you go.

The key to this whole process is that your email address matches the one that NSI has on record for you.

Hope that helps - if you have any more questions or specifics about your problem feel free to post more.
