Oh Host, you wanted hosts. Reliable? Lol. That is a rarity. To tell the truth, we aren't fond of these threads since they bring out the host spammers in droves.
That said, current fixation is [tetraweb.com...] (sun servers, pricey, but has full monty of perks and support).
Their service is very professional and reliable. Their packages are packed with a lot of extras AND if you need technical support, they respond to you within 30 minutes (from my personal experience)
I wrote a whole review on them on Epinions - [epinions.com...]
I try to express my gratitude for their wonderful service by always recommending them. Never have had downtime or any problems with them. Worth every penny.

Welcome to WebmasterWorld Jessica - sorry no sigs - oilman
The best thing (other than all the latest webmaster toys & tools) is that they also have message forums where all their customers can interact. It's a great way to see what's really happening, keep up to date with server upgrades and anything else. I've never found another host that has done that!
One thing that does let them down is the support, email only and sometimes they have a tendancy to ignore you (however I often do the same to my clients :-)). They can also be slow reacting to changes. I've been waiting nearly 6 months for an operating system upgrade. If it hadn't been for this latest problem, I would have no hesitation in recomending them. That being said I am sure that there are much worse hosts out there.
Currently being stung by bandwidth over usage charges, so am looking to move. Thanks for the nod on tetraweb Brett, 25Gb for $25 will do the job nicely.
Luckily, they added their control panel to handle your email accounts, etc, but previously, you had to email them to get mailboxes added or anything else for that matter and it would take 5+ days to get it done.
I would never recommend Pair to anyone who has a business.
Jessica
Hope this helps! :)
