Plain Text Emails and Correct Line Structure

Lines out of sync

I have noticed that on some machines my plain text emails are slightly different in appearance from what they should be.

For example a line with a link sometimes gets added to the end of the previous line making the email look odd and ugly.

Is there anyway to ensure that the plain text email (using Outlook) I am sending out looks the same in all Outlooks? SO each line is where it should be.

Thanks

Only if you set your line size to a small number (Extras -> Options -> Email format -> Settings, loose translation from my non-english Outlook 2000), but then the message will look funny. Plus, if a user chooses to have a very narrow preview/view windows, the line breaks will be on some other place again

Thanks WebJoe

I have had the wrap set at 77 now for quite some time.

Do you think this should be larger or smaller?

Sawasdee VisitThailand;

70 or 74 is probably the best. If I remember right, it is the low resolutions boxes settings.
