What is the best site to setup a webhosting solution which provides a reseller plan where My website is a front end and all the support and billing etc. is handled by the website. Something like mystoragetemplate.com for templates.

EV1.com are good.

I do NOT recommend INTERLAND, they have many security pages and my friend site just started to send backdoor viruses to his customer. he could get interland to fix it for over a week. definitely avoid them!

You can look at htt*://www.hostway.com

They aren't as inexpensive as resellerspanel, but I can vouch for their quality of service and uptime.

One thing I don't like about resellerspanel is that they collect $ from your customers and then pay you. I'd rather do my own billing and then pay the hosting company. One less layer to confuse my clients. :)

There is one company that I have used for some clients hosting without any problems that seem to have a good offering here [resellers.terrasite.com]. Never got round to setting it up so far...

Did you look at Alabanza? Automated billing to your merchant's account, automatic account set-up, you can even host resellers yourself. (their servers are configured a bit differently in some aspects to support their system, currently no mod_rewrite, but that shouldn't be a problem for most general hosting accounts)
