My site has several URL's that are all quite premium, and i obviously have a main domain which is my prominant one. All of them redirect to my main site.
My question is: How do i submit ALL of my domains to search engines, eventhough only on one of them is my main domain?
How do search engines deal with multiple submissions of the same site using different URL's?
The reason i ask is that i would like all of my domains to be listed under the search engines to make use of the uniqueness of each domain.
I would appreciate any feedback on this issue, and i hope the above is clear.
Regards,
Andreas

"When you say submit it makes me think that you think that SEO is using a submit to all search engines program. DO NOT DO THIS. Get links to your sites and Google and others will find you. I have never submitted a domain to google."
But:
You do not suggest using a Search Engine Submission program at all?
Can you please explain the above comment.
Andreas
If a search engine has a submission form and you're ready for prime time, go ahead and submit. Don't beat yourself up if you forget to submit to Google, though, as her bots will find you soon enough (if you've got those incoming links).
I'm sure the pros may have other techniques, and you've found the right place to get their feedback and weigh it all to find what's best for your site(s).
PS: I have some domains that currently don't have content and redirect to my own domain. I do not submit those domains, and if they get indexed it's accidental (I usually put up a robots to block spidering of those domains, since they contain in-progress work.)
The only submissions I would agree are foolhardy are the FFA (Free For All) submission services that send your submission to every directory and search engine under the sun. *IF* you ever use one, provide a throw-away email address as it's a guaranteed way to exceed your Recommended Daily Spam Intake.
