Edit or Delete entires in Drop Down Lists

In IE how do you delete entires in drop lists?

How do you edit or delete entries in a drop down list? Our accountant asked me how to remove a username that shows in Internet Explorer drop down lists. I did a few searches, but can not find anything. It must be simple but I am stumped..

It is easy. Point to the item in the list and hit the delete key. Not well referenced in the IE book..
