I have a problem and I need an experts advise. I have an ecommerce website and the order portion of my office pages at least once a week crashes. I only lose the orders section of my office pages which consists of new orders, pending, refunded and archive orders. Everything else remains fine.
What happens is I lose everything regarding orders, they are just gone! I then would have to contact my web guy who installed a back-up recovery plan to get them back.
My question is, has anybody ever have this problem? If so how do you correct it?
Its making me crazy!
