Just wondering if there are any good ways to get more traffic to my site. It's online for more than a year now, and receives about 70 000 to 100 000 visitors a month.

Most visitors come from other sites for our daily snips of hardware news, and we also post a couple of reviews each month.
The site also has a forum with more than 70 registered users, but only very very little activity.

I would like to hear some ideas about how to drive more traffic to my site and forum.

Thanks

On the forum end:

Sometimes seeding a forum brings people out. Also lining up some regular content posters would help keep it from being "stale".

For traffic:

Do you see any of your forum posts making it to Google. If not maybe review and tweak the forum coding so it is SE friendly. More SERPs=more traffic (hope fully).

The forum code is fairly search engine friendly I think, two weeks ago I've converted everything to HTML links like forum1.html and ptopic1.htm.

Many posts are already listed in Google, but their page rank rating is very low.
