Seacrch engine friendly pages for database/directory sites

How did they do this?

Ive recently came across a site listing jobs that has a separate page on their home page that links to a "search engines" page. On the search page it states

"This page provides links to all jobs listed on ***************.com, in a format that can be browsed by Search Engine Robots".

And it has a format similar to this ....

I assume this allows their pages generated via database to be searched by say google.

Does anyone know how to do this or I can create a similar page for a directory/jobsite?

Try Link SQL it can generate staic pages.
