Screwed by domain registrar

Hi,

I signed up with this domain registrar like 2 months ago and then recently found out a 39.99 charge on my credit card and did a charge back on them. Well, now my domain is locked and I can't get it transfered to another place. Anyone know what to do?

Well, I can still go into the control panel, but I don't see any option to unlock the domain. I'm trying to transfer it

Please someone help me out! =(

What was the 39.99 charge for and what reason, if any, have they given for locking your domain?

Your best option right now would be to email the domain registrar to see what exactly the problem is.

Yeah, I'd agree. you need to find out what's going on. Hard to handle if you don't know what to handle.
