Just curious how to keep or save your settings when loading WS_FTP Pro on another computer. Is there a way to keep the settings so you do not have to enter them in again for each computer?

Never tried it, but the site settings (i.e. IP, user, PW,...) are in a file called original.ini. You might try copying that file into the WS_FTP Pro folder after installation.

Get exploring

Programs > WS_FTP

there is a config file in there. (noy the dll). In there are all my settings bar the passwords.

Have a go at copying that, or portions of it.

Cheers

be sure to keep a copy of your wsftp.ini file. this includes all your ftp sites, usernames and passwords.
