Hello,

We received an e-mail from X10.com in regards to advertising on one of our sites. Now, normally I wouldn't hesitate, but do to their financial solvency, I now wonder about them. If X10.com contacted you to advertise on a site that you run, would you sell advertising to them?

Thanks,

well, the big publishers cut them off, so now
they are in desperation mode. besides their
existing bills, they might not pay any of their
new bills either.

of course, if they are in court protection, with
a trustee that guarantees payment of new bills,
then it's a new ball game. then, you might look
to have them lockin long term at good prices as
you are in a good negotiating position.

Well, I don't see why not in a prepaid, with afavourable contract form, there shouldn'T be a problem.

They wanted a CPA deal, or a .10 CPM rate. I told them thanks but no thanks.

Nothing will make your website seem like it's 'brimming with quality' more than adding ads for a bankrupt company that has a reputation for annoying ads.
