I have one english site that is branded with our name and logo. I will be building 4 other sites with different TLDs (same content and branding but different language).

In order to effectively manage the emails from the different languages sites I was thinking of directing all email to my info@english.com account or should I setup seperate ones for each language like info@german.com, info@french.com etc.,

Any suggestions?

You could have a seperate email for each (info@domain.com) and setup another site as a corporate home and forward all emails to support@corporatehome.com.

When you reply to them, it will give the impression that the email has been forwarded to the relevant department and your dedicated member of staff is promptly following up on the enquiry.

I would set the subject line for each of the domains emails to something like: Enquiry from domain-french.com, etc.

My webforms are automatically sent to info@brandname.com, should I have the french and german sites sending the information on the forms to info@brandname.com (english site) or info@germansite.com and seperately at info@french.com.

We're a small company and am trying to find a way which is most efficient. We can't afford to setup a whole other site support@corporate.com, as I'm treating my branded site as my HQ.

Have I sufficiently confused you?!

Yup! :P

I would go for info@domain-the-user-is-at.com - it will confuse users less.

Forward those to whatever address you want to use for the enquiries.
