I have on online newsletter in which people subscribe. I all of a sudden have quite a few subscribers that I send out to once a month. Can someone help me with a program I can use for this. My ISP monitors port 25 so hopfully something with a built in mail server.

Thank you

How many subscribers do you have? Once you start getting over 1,000 or so it might be easier to handle this with a web based program. But either way - here are a few options for you:

Desktop:

GroupMail (from Infacta)
Mach 5 E-Mailer (from Mach 5)
Both have good preview functions, free trials, multi-part capability

Web Based:

JangoMail
Vertical Response
Vertical Response offers a "pay per mail" feature, which is nice. JangoMail is based on a monthly fee but offers open tracking and can import databases directly from your dektop.

All of the above offer the ability to personalize a variety of fields.

You might also consider something that runs on your server, such as MojoMail, but I don't know if that will get you in trouble with your ISP...

Mercury from Pegasus mail. Has fairly comprehensive mailing list handling - lots of features.

Search for "pegasus mail" for a link

Mojo Mail [mojo.skazat.com] is another popular mailing list solution.
