Logging Your Time Between Clients

What method or software do you use to track?

Hello,

Over the years I've acquired enough design/marketing clients where I'm starting to have a hard time tracking my time between them for billing on updates and what not.

Just curious what method or software people use to track this to make it easy for billing?

We use (my)Intervals. It is relatively cheap and excellent at time tracking and reporting... though we do use 'projects' as our clients and 'tasks' as our projects to save money, so its not so good (for us) on time management :P
