I am getting this error:
Server object error 'ASP 0177:80040154 ' Server.createobject failed /formtomail.asp, line 7
The call to server.createobject failed The requested object instance can not be created.

What is the problem?

sounds like you are tring to use a MAIL function it is not installed on the server.

check what mail components they have installed aspemail jmail formail etc
