Classified Ad Script (Looking For)

Well,

I've been searching and searching, and *can't* seem to find what i like. So i'd like to find input from some other people who are using classifieds on there site.

What i need is a "fairly simple" classified ad script which allows me to:

NECESSARY:

- customize the look of the script to integrate into my site
- features user the ability to upload pictures (preferably atleast 2+).
- thumbnails automatically created for each uploaded picture
- in each category, the thumbnails will be displayed... (i.e// with all the "general" information for that item).
- ability to add/ban/delete users (or preferably, the ability to only allow me to add users.)
- ability to have the email and teh web address of the user posted in each ad.

PREFERRRED:

- abliity to have "featured" items
- advertisnments can be incorporated
- email ad to a friend.

Thats about it - i've looked around, but can't seem to find anything. Any advice, or things i should stay away from, should be appreciated.

I'm looking to spend anywhere under $400.... thanks :)

You don't mention any language/platform requirements - if you can use PHP & MySQL, take a look here:

Definately PHP and MySQL..forgot to specify that...and thanks for the link..i've looked through those...but can't really hit what im' looking for, so was hoping someone maybe had some experience with these things so they could give em some advice.
