Need help with asp based form

Hi everybody,
I have this asp form on my website and it doesn’t work anymore. I moved the html page and also the asp script from the root to a special folder and now the asp doesn't run anymore. When I click on the "Submit" button, I get a message if I would like to download the asp file. I’m very new in this filed; the form was created by somebody else and it was working before.

From what you've described, with .asp files trying to be downloaded rather than running in the browser, it sounds like your server has changed.

What web hosting do you have, do you have any access to a control panel with it?
