Backing up my entire email inbox

How do I download all of my emails before moving to new web host?

Hello everyone,

I am planning to move to a new web host and want to back up all of my e-mails before the old host deletes the lot. Can anyone offer advice on how best to approach this?

You can set up the mail accounts in MS Outlook then download everything to your computer upon initial use. All the emails will then be stored in the Outlook .PST file -- which can then be transferred between computers etc.
