We got a Customer Support contract for a USA based company.(email based support). What I am looking for is a simple software that hide our IP address in the outgoing emails so users don't see our IP but a IP address in USA or canada.

Can You suggest a simple software that do that in the budget of 500 USD.

Why not just outsource the mail to a provider in the US or Canada?

It's not possible. It's the SMTP server that records the IP address. There's nothing you can do at your end to change that.

You will need to use a proxy. The problem with a U.S.-based provider is that if you use SMTP to connect to them, they are still going to record your non-U.S. IP address. And in most cases, even web-based services are going to record the IP address that you connect to them from.

You may be able to proxy through an existing U.S.-based web-hosting account. I outlined this in a previous message here. If you have a hosting account that provides SFTP access to your account, you may be able to use port forwarding and a local SOCKS proxy in an SFTP client to forward SMTP traffic through your host.
